LAW OFFICES OF KEVIN M. HEALY | |

Personal Injury |
Mr. Healy is veteran Judge Advocate ("JAG") from both the US Army Reserve and US Navy (RC). To view Mr. Healy's military biography, click here. Mr. Healy can undertake private representation involving "military cases" or aviation matters on a case-by-case basis, after first ensuring that there would not be a conflict with his current or past military assignments. While a civilian attorney, Mr. Healy's practice generally focuses on Civil Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury Law in the Sacramento Valley and other areas of Northern California. However, if your matter is a case that Mr. Healy would not primarily handle due to subject matter, would be out of his geographic area of practice, or is one that he could not handle due to conflicts, then Mr. Healy has access to a full network of attorneys to ensure that you can be referred to a firm which could serve your needs appropriately. The law should not be a trying experience and the practice of law is truly a professional service. It may be that Mr. Healy can help you with your situation. Some matters can be handled on a contingency basis (where the attorney fee is paid from the proceeds of the case), while others will be handled at an hourly rate. Each situation would need to be worked out individually with the Law Office. Mr. Healy has handled cases as complex as Federal litigation involving nearly 100 individual parties or a case (which went up to the Court of Appeal) bringing a child abuser to justice after he left the United States - - trying to avoid the mother for over 30 years, to cases as simple as straight-forward personal injury claims. Mr. Healy has handled Family Law cases literally from Coast to Coast, being waived into foreign Jurisdictions for trial and appellate work (to include being appointed to argue and brief a case before the Alaska Supreme Court). What ever your concern, it should fall within this spectrum. We are here to serve your needs or ensure that you are appropriately referred to someone who can help you. The office can be reached via e-mail at: officemanager@healy-law.com or you can mail correspondence to: Kevin M. Healy, Esq.
